PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric for a heating implement which has soft texture and excellent flexibility, and to provide a heating implement using the fabric.SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric for the heating implement is a composite nonwoven fabric obtained by laminating a first nonwoven fabric layer, which includes long-fiber having a basis weight of 8g/m2 to 25g/m2 and an average fiber diameter of 7 &mum to 30 &mum, on a second nonwoven fabric layer, which includes short-fiber having a basis weight of 20g/m2 to 50g/m2 and an average fiber diameter of 7 &mum to 30 &mum.
