PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle assembly superior in economic efficiency in disposal which can separate a puncture needle in the middle of a tube and to provide a medical liquid administration instrument having the puncture needle assembly.SOLUTION: The puncture needle assembly 5 includes: the puncture needle 51 the tube 52 connected to a base end of the puncture needle 51 and an easily breakable part 57 arranged near the puncture needle 51 in the middle of the tube 52, which is easily broken than the peripheral part.
