Provided in the present invention is a wastewater treatment device including rotating members, which separates foreign substances of a sterilization unit by rotating members rotating upward along the outer circumferential surface of the sterilization unit according to increase of water circulating inside a reactor. The device in the present invention comprises a sterilization unit； a ring-shaped foreign substance separation unit surrounding the sterilization unit； a reaction unit consisting of a first reactor and a second reactor where the sterilization unit is accommodated； and a circulation unit supplying water discharged from the second reactor to the lower part of the first reactor and the lower part of the second reactor. The present invention is able to effectively separate foreign substances attached to the sterilization unit by rotating the rotating members without extra power while circulating water inside the first and second reactors.본 발명은 반응조 내부에서 순환하는 물이 상승함에 따라 살균부의 외주면을 따라 회전 상승하는 회전부재에 의해 살균부의 이물질을 분리시키는 회전부재를 포함하는 수처리장치를 제공한다.
