The solid preparation of the present invention is a solid preparation to be taken orally, and the surface lubricity is increased by contact with an aqueous liquid. The solid preparation contains a gelling agent. In a solid preparation, the gelling agent is not gelled before taking, and the gelling agent gels by touching an aqueous liquid during taking. Solid preparations can be in the form of tablets or capsules. The solid preparation preferably has a disintegration time of 60 minutes or less measured using water as a solvent. The maximum stress measured by a predetermined method is preferably lower than the maximum stress measured in the same manner for the solid preparation before being poured into water.本発明の固形製剤は、経口摂取する固形製剤であって、水性液と接触することで表面の潤滑性が増すようになされている。固形製剤は、ゲル化剤を含有している。固形製剤は、服用前の状態では前記ゲル化剤がゲル化しておらず、服用に際して水性液に触れることで前記ゲル化剤がゲル化する。固形製剤は、錠剤又はカプセルの形態とすることができる。固形製剤は水を溶媒として測定した崩壊時間が６０分以内であることが好ましい。所定方法で測定した最大応力が、水に投入する前の該固形製剤について同様に測定した最大応力に比べて低いことが好ましい。
