The invention relates to a composition of nanostructured hybrid powders for medical applications in the osseous system therapy and diagnosis. According to the invention, the composition consists of hydroxyapatite and polyurethane functionalized with final thiol groups, in a ratio of 4...1 : 1...4, by weight, where the hydroxyapatite shows a morphology as thin threads with a width of 5...10 nm and a length of maximum 50 nm.Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie de pulberi hibride nanostructurate, pentru aplicaţii medicale în terapia şi diagnosticul sistemului osos. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este constituită din hidroxiapatită şi poliuretan funcţionalizat cu grupări finale de tiol, în raport în greutate de 4...1:1...4, în care hidroxiapatita prezintă morfologie sub formă de fibre subţiri, cu o lăţime de 5...10 nm şi lungime de maximum 50 nm.
