An expansion ring for a braided stent includes a plurality of long fork-type frame elements for constituting the expansion ring. Each of the frame elements includes first and second legs which are extended in a first direction and are connected in a coupling part which constitutes a support point enabling the frame elements to be compressed. Each of the frame elements are strung in a tube-shaped body of the braided stent in order to be engaged with the tube-shaped body of the stent in which coupling parts are braided. Each of the frame elements is continuously connected with adjacent frame factors in the ends of the first and second legs.
