PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin condition sensor capable of making variations smaller than ever before in evaluating a moisturizing state of skin, and to provide a skin moisturizing state evaluation method using the same.SOLUTION: In a skin condition sensor 10 according to the invention, a first contact terminal 23A connected to one electrode of a power source 12 through a first resistor 16 and a second contact terminal 23B connected to the other electrode of the power source 12 are held in a state of being separated at regular intervals.
