PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dentifrice granules having suitable collapse strength and excellent wet collapse strength, and to provide dentifrice granules obtained thereby.SOLUTION: [1] There is provided a method for producing dentifrice granules comprising the steps of: (1) obtaining granules by stirring and mixing a water-insoluble powder material, sodium silicate, and water by using a stirring and rolling granulator having stirring blades and (2) drying the obtained granules.
