Methods for modulating an inflammation comprise administering such compositions to a subject in need thereof. The compositions and methods are suitable for modulating an ocular or ophthalmic inflammation, including uveitis, vernal keratoconjunctivitis, or inflammation associated with contact lens-associated corneal infiltrates.
