[Problem] To provide a denitrification device and an aquatic organism rearing system that can efficiently denitrify rearing water for an aquatic organism under an aerobic condition. [Solution] A denitrification device 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention for rearing water used to rear aquatic organisms comprises: a filtration tank 21 to which the rearing water retained in a rearing water - tank 2 is supplied via a pump 3 a filter material 22 that is accommodated within the filtration tank 21 and on which denitrification bacteria for causing nitrogen in the form of nitrate in the rearing water to undergo reduction, and an intermittent water discharge unit 23 for intermittently performing an oxygen uptake operation by discharging the rearing water accumulated in the filtration tank 21 into the rearing water tank 2 to expose the filter material 22.Le problème décrit par la présente invention concerne un dispositif de dénitrification et un système délevage dorganismes aquatiques qui peuvent efficacement dénitrifier leau délevage dun organisme aquatique dans des conditions aérobies. La solution selon linvention porte sur un dispositif de dénitrification (20) selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention pour leau délevage utilisée pour élever des organismes aquatiques comprenant : un bassin de filtration (21) dans lequel leau délevage retenue dans un bassin deau délevage (2) est acheminée par lintermédiaire dune pompe (3) un matériau filtrant (22) qui est logé dans le bassin de filtration (21) et sur lequel se trouvent des bactéries de dénitrification pour entraîner lazote sous forme de nitrate dans leau délevage à subir une réduction et une unité dévacuation deau intermittente (23) pour effectuer une opération dabsorption doxygène de façon intermittente en évacuant leau délevage accumulée dans le bassin de filtration (21) dans le bassin deau délevage (2) pour exposer le matériau filtrant (22).【課題】好気条件下で効率的に水生生物の飼育水の脱窒処理を行うことが可能な脱窒装置および水生生物飼育システ
