Disclosed are a structure of medical leading wire and a manufacture method thereof. A core wire has a front section that is shaped in the form of a slender bar having a tapered diameter. The slender bar has a circumferential surface on which a plurality of raised fins arranged in a spaced manner with suitable intervals is integrally formed. A tip section is shaped to provide the tip section. A spiral coil having an inner diameter approximately identical to that of the raised fins and the tip section of the core wire, after the front section of the core wire is sleeved, the raised fins of the core wire is made to abut against an inner circumferential surface with at least one of the coils sleevedly encircling the tip section. The coil sleevedly encircling the tip section and the tip section are fused to integrally bond together, so that the spiral coil is concentrically sleeved and fixed to an outer circumference of the core wire through the raised fins and the tip section.
