Provided is a mobile rehabilitation exercise device capable of relieving boredom for exercise of the elderly in indoor and/or outdoor. According to the present invention, the mobile rehabilitation exercise device (310) comprises: an exercise guide device (214) a handle unit (230) a secondary controlling device (220) and a movement guide device (294). The exercise guide device (214) senses repetitive exercise of an exercise module (20) and outputs a first electric speed signal (A1). The handle unit (230) electrically responds to movement of a handle (230A) and outputs a first electric steering signal (B1). The secondary controlling device (220) outputs a second electric speed signal (A2) corresponding to a speed of the repetitive exercise of the exercise module (20) based on the first electric speed signal (A1) and outputs a second electric steering signal (B2) determining a progress direction of the exercise guide device (214) based on the first electric steering signal (B1).
