The present invention may provide a method for manufacturing mixed grain noodles and the noodles manufactured thereby, wherein the method comprises the following steps of: pulverizing, into powders, mixed grains containing 95% or more of main ingredients and 5% or less of secondary ingredients, and filtering pulverized particles using a net of 100-120 mesh so as to produce grain powders adding 25-35 wt% of water, 5-10 wt% of katsuobushi sauce and 1-2 wt% of sun-dried salt to the grain powders, and kneading the same and manufacturing the dough into noodles.
