the invention relates to a method for obtaining an efficient and simple concentrate, which contains approximately 80% by weight of fatty acid u00e9thylesters? (3) from a composition material containing fatty acid esters. - 3 fatty acids. 3 freecomprising the steps of: (g) the composition of substances in contact with ethanol at least 96% by weight, and an alkali metal hydroxide at a temperature of between 60 and 200 deg. c to form a mixture liquid comprising alkali metal salts of fatty acids; and (h). froidir the liquid mixture at a temperature of between 50 and 100% in order to form a solid phase.only liquid phase and separating the liquid phase from the solid phase; liquid phase separated contact obtained at the step (h) with an acid to form a mixture was acidified with a moisture content of less than 10%, the mixture is formed to a solid phase, which includes the alkaline metal salt of the acid.and a liquid phase comprising an omega-3 fatty acid; heating the mixture obtained in step (i) to a temperature of between 50 and 150 degrees c in the presence of a catalyst to form a mixture composed of ethyl esters of fatty acids.
