PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing deodorant/desiccant is provided to improve an adsorbing function by maximizing activation of micro-pores. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing deodorant/desiccant comprises: a step of grinding opal into minute powder with 10-700 mesh size； a molding step of making dough by mixing pulverized opal 70-85 parts by weight with water 15-30 parts by weight, molding a ball with 1-30mm size, and adding charcoal and alumina with 10-1000 mesh size； a drying step of putting the molded ball into an oven at 100-200 deg.C for 24-28 hours； a sintering step of sintering the dried ball at 300-1000 deg.C； and a surface processing step of polishing the surface of the sintered ball. 본 발명은 단백석의 강력한 흡착원리를 이용하여 탈취/소취효과와 제습 및 조습 기능을 가진 다기능 탈취/제습제에 관한 것으로, 단백석을 미세한 분말로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계, 분말화된 단백석에 흡착수를 첨가하여 반죽물을 조성하고, 이 반죽물에 숯 분말과 알루미나를 첨가하여 구형의 볼로 성형하는 볼 성형단계, 성형된 볼을 가마에 투입하여 수분함유량을 일정수준 이하로 건조하는 건조단계, 건조된 볼을 가마에 재투입하여 고온으로 가열하여 성형단계에서 첨가된 숯 분말을 제거하고 소결처리하는 소결단계, 및 소결된 볼의 표면을 연마 가공하는 표면가공단계로 이루어진 친환경 무공해 소재로 만든 탈취/제습제의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
