PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material meat-massaging device which can shorten the time of massage and is suitable for each raw material meat.SOLUTION: The raw material meat-massaging device is characterized by including a massage pipe 12 in which an inlet 12a for a raw material meat B is disposed, a resistor 14 which is projectedly disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the massage pipe 12, and gives resistance to the raw material meat passing in the massage pipe 12 to deform the raw material meat, and a movement unit which is communicated with the end portion of the massage pipe 12 and vacuum-sucking the raw material meat in the massage pipe 12 to move the meat.
