PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify construction work by dissolving piping work for discharging liquid that is left non-atomized in a liquid atomizing device and a sauna apparatus using the liquid atomizing device.SOLUTION: The liquid atomizing device includes: a heat exchanger 7 and a fan motor 8 provided in an air duct that connects a suction port 4 to an exhaust port 5 a liquid atomizing means 9 provided between the fan motor 8 and the exhaust port 5 and a control means for controlling the liquid atomizing means, the heat exchanger 7, and the fan motor 8. A rotating means 13 of the liquid atomizing means 9 includes: a rotating shaft 19 and an inverse-cone-shaped column pipe 22 that is formed in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 19 integrally with a plurality of rotating plates 20a, 20b, and 20c that are rotationally turned about the rotating shaft 19. The exhaust port 5 includes a rotational louver 28 having a rotational shaft 29 in the exhaust port 5 at the other side of the suction port 4.
