The present invention provides a method of mass-producing adhesive algae, Fragilariopsis sp. and Melosira nummuloides, wherein the method comprises the steps of: (1) forming an adhesion substrate horizontally on the bottom surface of a water tub having a fixed volume, and introducing Jeju island seawater thereto to attach the adhesive algae； (2) moving the adhesion substrate to which the adhesive algae are attached to an outdoor water tub, and culturing the same by using sunlight； (3) supplying air bubbles from a lower part of the adhesion substrate to release the adhesive algae cultured on the adhesion substrate； and (4) by using phototaxis of the released adhesive algae, floating the adhesive algae to the surface of water, and collecting the same by using water currents.
