The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing poultry carcasses, and more particularly, to an apparatus of a novel concept where the final processed material obtained from pulverizing and then mixing and fermenting poultry carcasses is processed into and recycled as an animal feed. Apparatuses for processing poultry carcasses disclosed in the prior art are uneconomical, consume much time and energy in indirectly heating a water reservoir inside poultry carcass processing drums, and have a prolonged processing time and low efficiency since the poultry carcass is introduced as a whole carcass, and also are disadvantageous in terms of recycling since the material being processed cannot be recycled into an animal feed. As a solution to the foregoing problems, the present invention aims at providing integrated and automated processes where a poultry carcass is minced by a mincer, and thoroughly mixed and fermented with feed ingredients to be finally processed into an animal feed.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 조류 사체처리기에 관한 것으로, 특히 폐사된 조류(닭, 오리 등)를 분쇄한 후 교반·발효 처리한 최종처리물을 사료화시켜 재활용하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다.종래에 게시된 조류 사체처리기는 조류사체처리드럼 내부의 물저장부를 간접 가열함으로써 가열시간이 많이 소요됨은 물론 에너지의 소모량이 많아 비경제적이고, 폐사된 조류를 통째로 투입하여 처리작업이 이루어짐으로써 처리시간이 길고 작업의 효율성이 저하되며, 처리대상물을 사료화할 수 없어 재활용적인 측면에서 불합리한 문제점이 야기된다.본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 폐사된 조류를 민찌 분쇄기를 이용하여 민찌 상태로 분쇄한 후 발효조에서 조류의 분쇄물과 조사료를 골고루 교반·발효하여 최종처리물을 사료화하는 일련의 과정을 통합적으로 자동화할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
