The present invention relates to a collecting device for a food waste measured-rate system, which comprises: a collecting case to accommodate a collecting container therein； an accommodation frame having the collecting container mounted on the bottom selectively accommodating the collecting container in the collecting case； and an opening/closing door equipped on the upper front of the collecting case to be opened/closed in connection with a lid of the collecting container, wherein the collecting case has a long rectangular ventilation hole penetrated into the central part of the side wall, and has a ventilation filter member fixated to the external side where the ventilation hole of the collecting case is formed to discharge the purified odor generated from the collecting container through the ventilation hole. The ventilation filter member has a fixation unit corresponding to the fixation hole formed on the external side of the corner of the ventilation hole on the corner of the ventilation filter member, and is fastened and fixated with a fixation member or the side part, and the periphery of the lower part except the upper end part are fastened and fixated by a fixating rib formed along the periphery except the upper part of the ventilation hole on the external side of the collecting case such that the odor generated from the food waste collected into the collecting container is purified and treated to discharge to the outside, and the odor within the collecting container is ventilated to the outside, thereby allowing to safely use the collecting device.
