PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker transmission device allowing a tissue marker to be completely discharged from a cannula and arranged in a target biopsy location without being pulled back.SOLUTION: A marker transmission device 10 includes a handle 14 having a chamber, and a cannula 16. The cannula has a flexible portion 30 formed of a slot array 32 having a plurality of peripheral slots extending in an inner hole 16-4 through a side wall of the cannula and spaced to be almost parallel with one another. A marker introduction rod 18 is movably arranged in the inner hole of the cannula for the arrangement of a marker, and has a flexible region that corresponds to the flexible portion of the cannula.
