FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an ultrasound machine for fat reduction and body shaping. The machine comprises an irradiating head, a radiation source carrying block, a mechanical arm, a table for a patient, an elevator casing, a touch screen and control circuits. The touch screen shows the menu for the operator to choose the required function. The irradiating head is fixed in the radiation source carrying block, the said head and the block are attached to the mechanical arm as a solid unit, and the mechanical arm is rigidly fixed to the elevator with the casing of the latter being rigidly fixed on the patient table base. The patient table comprises a base, an upper frame formed by the tubes connected by welding, and a guide unit consisting of two groups of sliding guideways in the form of pins interacting with the slides, and drive mechanisms to provide for the movement of the upper table frame in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Each pair of the guideways/slides comprises a pair of mutually parallel guideways. The guideway pairs are mutually shifted by vertical line and oriented in mutually orthogonal directions, the table base is made as a carrying structure formed by the tubes connected by welding. The control circuits providing for the ultrasound machine control are set between the upper frame and the base of the patient table.
