The present invention relates to a device and a method for salting Chinese cabbage to maintain salt water at proper salinity by directing the amount of salt to be added or adding water according to salinity of the salt water while salting Chinese cabbage and to uniformly salt Chinese cabbage by storing Chinese cabbage in a rotor rotated in the salt water for a certain period of time.
