PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture dental prosthesis having excellent quality similar to the natural texture of a tooth, in tooth treatment.SOLUTION: The shapes of the tooth are measured before and during the tooth treatment to prepare three-dimensional design data of the dental prosthesis on the basis of the shape data of the tooth, and the three-dimensional design data is input to a three-dimensional printer to built up the material of the dental prosthesis on the basis of the three-dimensional design data to bake the same. The color of the dental prosthesis is determined on the basis of the color data of the tooth obtained by imaging the tooth before treatment and the three-dimensional design data to prepare three-dimensional printed data. The material of the dental prosthesis is laid on the basis of the three-dimensional printed data by the three-dimensional printer and coated with a colorant selected on the basis of the three-dimensional printed data to be built up while coloring the material of the dental prosthesis. Furthermore, the preliminarily colored material of the dental prosthesis is used as a printing material, and a material to be used in later building-up is lighter in color and higher in transparency.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 歯の治療にあたり、自然の歯の質感に近い優れた品質の歯科用補綴物を容易に製作することを可能とする。【解決手段】 歯の治療前のとき、及び歯の治療時の歯の形状を計測して、これらの形状データにもとづき歯科用補綴物の三次元設計データを作成し、これを三次元印刷装置に入力して三次元設計データにもとづき歯科用補綴物の材料を築盛し、焼成する。また、治療前に撮影して得られた歯の色彩データと、三次元設計データにもとづき歯科用補綴物の色彩を決定して三次元印刷データを作成し、三次元印刷装置により、この三次元印刷データにもとづき歯科用補綴物の材料を敷くとともに、当該データにもとづき選択された着色剤を塗布して、歯科用補綴物の材料を色付けしつつ築盛する。また、印刷材料として予め着色された歯科用補綴物の材料を使用し、後に築盛するもの程色が薄く透明度の高いものを用いる。【選択図】 図1
