A design method and system are disclosed. The design method comprises steps of: identifying a three-dimensional tooth model to which a surgical guide region is applied； identifying the three-dimensional tooth image； determining a position of a pre-installed prosthesis in the three-dimensional tooth image； matching the three-dimensional tooth image to the three-dimensional tooth model； and applying a deletion area to a position of the prosthesis in the three-dimensional tooth model in which the three-dimensional image is matched.
