An adjustable anchor system provides for securing tissue to bone and includes an anchor with a collapsible suture loop affixed thereto and a tissue suture connected to the collapsible suture loop. After the tissue suture is loaded into the tissue and the anchor implanted into the bone the collapsible loop is collapsed to tension the tissue suture.La présente invention se rapporte à un système d'ancrage ajustable qui permet de fixer un tissu à un os et qui comprend une ancre ayant une boucle de suture pliable fixée à cette dernière et une suture de tissu raccordée à la boucle de suture pliable. Après que la suture de tissu est chargée dans le tissu et que l'ancre est implantée dans l'os, la boucle pliable est pliée afin de tendre la suture du tissu.
