PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device for correctly measuring a light amount without reducing the light amount on an optical path.SOLUTION: A rotating light control part 115 is attached to the light source device 100 so as to allow a rotating axis X to be in parallel with the illumination light axis Y of a lamp 114 and also to allow the illumination light axis Y to be made incident to an opening 122. The rotating light control part 115 is rotated in synchronization with the imaging timing of a CCD 232. During a period when the CCD 232 is imaging, a light transmission area 125 becomes coincident with the illumination light axis Y and transmits the illumination light. On the other hand, during a period when the rotating light control part 115 does not transmit the illumination light, a reflection mirror 124 becomes coincident with the illumination light axis Y and reflects the illumination light in the direction of an optical sensor 117. The optical sensor 117 receives the reflection light from the reflection mirror 124 and measures the light amount of the reflection light. Since the reflection mirror 124 totally reflects the illumination light, the light amount of the reflection light coincides with that of the illumination light. Consequently, when the light amount of the reflection light is measured, the light amount of the illumination light is correctly measured.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】光路上の光量を低下させることなく正確に光量を測定可能な光源装置を得る。【解決手段】回転調光部115は、回転軸Xがランプ114の照明光軸Yに対して平行となるように、かつ照明光軸Yが開口部122に入射するように光源装置100に取り付けられる。回転調光部115は、CCD232の撮像タイミングと同期して回転する。CCD232が撮像を行っている期間に、光透過領域125が照明光軸Yと一致して、照明光を透過する。他方、回転調光部115が照明光を透過しない期間に、反射鏡124が照明光軸Yと一致して、照明光を光センサ117方向に反射する。光センサ117は、反射鏡124からの反射光を受光して、反射光の光量を測定する。反射鏡124は照明光を全反射するため、反射光の光量と照明光の光量とが一致する。そのため、反射光の光量を測定すれば、照明光の光量を正確に測定できる。【選択図】図1
