According to an embodiment of the present invention, a medical heating film comprises: a film layer made of a carbon composite material； an electrode part provided at both ends of the film layer； and a control part interlocked with the electrode part to control a temperature of the film layer, wherein the film layer generates heat through the electrode part to which a voltage is applied. Therefore, the present invention provides the medical heating film for medical use which transmits and collects data by measuring body temperature, pulse, and oxygen saturation of a patient on a heating mat and film for medical application to which a heating function of a carbon composite material is applied.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 의료용 발열필름은 탄소복합재로 제작된 필름층； 상기 필름층 양단에 구비되는 전극부 및 상기 전극부와 연동되어 상기 필름층의 온도를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 필름층은 전압을 인가받는 상기 전극부를 통해 발열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 발열필름을 제공할 수 있다.
