The present invention relates to a wheelchair with patient moving assistance function, which changes the design with two chair frames and one seat cushion of a conventional wheelchair and adds an elevation seat and a sliding rail assembly. The seat cushion is changed to be mounted on top of the elevation seat and is capable of moving and detaching and may move between the wheelchair and the moving target, such as chair or bed, through the sliding rail base.
