PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for coating containing methyl cellulose and a method of producing the composition, and a solid pharmaceutical preparation in which adhesiveness is low, agglomeration is hard to occur, and uniform coating is possible in coating of fine grains or the like, and a composition for coating can be easily prepared in water of normal temperature.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition for coating containing: at least methyl cellulose in which 2 mass% aqueous solution viscosity at 20°C is 1 to 15 mPa s, and melting start temperature at 12 mass% aqueous dispersion is 10 to 25°C and solvent, a solid pharmaceutical preparation coated with the composition for coating, or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】微粒子等のコーティングにおいて、付着性が低く、団粒が発生しづらく、均一なコーティングが可能であり、常温の水にて容易にコーティング用組成物を調製することが可能なメチルセルロースを含むコーティング用組成物及びその製造方法並びに固形製剤を提供する。【解決手段】20℃における2質量%水溶液粘度が1~15mPa・sであり、かつ12質量%水分散液における溶解開始温度が10~25℃であるメチルセルロースと、溶媒とを少なくとも含むコーティング用組成物、このコーティング用組成物がコーティングされた固形製剤等が提供される。【選択図】なし
