PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform cooling and warming for a long period by elongating the service life of a packing.SOLUTION: A duct 85 provided with ventilation flues 86 respectively connecting heat exchanging chamber-side openings 72 and 73 with storage chamber-side openings 24 and 25 which are positioned opposite each other is vertically movably disposed on a lower face side of a ceiling wall of a station 50. Packings 87 which come into close contact with to edges of the opposite storage chamber-side openings 24 and 25 are disposed at lower end portions of the respective ventilation flues 86. An elevating mechanism portion 90 is disposed for moving the duct 80 between a descent position at which the packings 87 are in close contact with the edges of the storage chamber-side openings 24 and 25, and an ascent position at which the packings 87 are separated to a position above the edges of the storage chamber-side openings 24 and 25.
