PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of living tissue in which: thickness (the number of the laminated layers) is easily controlled； cultivation can be carried out in shorter period than a conventional technology； and no undesirable factors are required to be supplied.SOLUTION: In the method of the present invention, culture medium containing cells is supplied to a cultivation vessel having an inner bottom to which the cells do not adhere. Cell cultivation is carried out under the condition where the cells in the vessel are subjected to centrifugal force in a direction toward the inner bottom so that the cells are made in contact to generate tissue. Obtained tissue is peeled off from the inner bottom and collected.
