According to the present invention, a tissue is successively cut in a depth direction by a predetermined thickness, and a plurality of slices formed thereby are respectively photographed so as to laminate the plurality of slices in the depth direction. Then, the plurality of slices are reconstructed into one three-dimensional image by alignment. After that, only a blood vessel image is extracted so as to generate a three-dimensional blood vessel image. Therefore, a shape of a blood vessel can be confirmed, and the volume or the like of the blood vessel can be quantified and examined.본 발명은, 조직을 깊이 방향으로 설정 두께만큼씩 연속적으로 자르고, 이렇게 생긴 복수의 슬라이스들을 각각 촬영하여 상기 깊이방향으로 적층한 후 얼라인하여 하나의 3차원 영상으로 재구성한 후, 상기 3차원 영상으로부터 혈관 이미지만을 추출하여 3차원 혈관 영상을 생성함으로써, 혈관의 형태를 확인할 수 있으며 혈관의 부피 등을 정량화시켜 검사할 수 있다.
