The present invention provides a cultivation aquarium, which comprises: a first separation board that defines a cultivation tank at a front side and a filtration device at a rear side. The filtration device comprises a second separation board and a third separation board that define, at the left and right sides thereof, an overflow tank, a water discharge tank, and a filtration tank located between the overflow tank and the water discharge tank. The filtration tank comprises, on a bottom thereof, a first holed separation board to form an aeration tank at the underneath of the filtration tank. The first separation board is disposed with at least one first notch and one second notch at the top part and bottom part thereof corresponding to the position of the overflow tank. The first holed separation board is provided, at the top thereof, with at least one filter material. The aeration tank is provided with a second holed separation board to carry and support a second filter material. The bottom part of the aeration tank is in communication with the water discharge tank. The water discharge tank is provided, at the bottom part thereof, with a submersible pump to draw water into a water transportation pipe to make water transported upward to enter the cultivation tank.
