The present invention relates to a water supply pipe composed of a central part in which multiple punching are performed； a water supply hole arranged on one side of a medium； and a water discharge hole arranged on the other side of the medium, by passing through and punching the inner portion of the medium. The water supply pipe is inserted inside of the medium so as to close the water discharge hole, and when water is supplied from the water supply hole, the water is discharged from the multiple punched central part of the supply hole, thus allowing the water to be supplied to the medium.본 발명은 배지 내부를 관통 천공하여 배지 한쪽의 급수구와 반대쪽의 배수구와 중심부에 다수로 천공을 한 중심부를 구성한 급수관을 배지내부에 삽입하여, 배수구를 막고 급수 구 에서 수분을 공급하면 급수 관 중심부에 다수로 천공한 곳에서 수분이 누수 되어 배지에 수분이 공급되도록 구성한 것이다.
