A hand-held endoscopic multi-tool includes a dextrous hollow tube,a cap, a main body, a tool body, an endoscope and a tool. The dextrous hollowtube has a generally rigid portion at the proximal end and a bendable portionatthe distal end. The cap is operably attached to the distal end of the dextroushollow tube and the main body to the proximal end. The tool body is moveablyconnected to the main body and moveable in a linear direction relative to themain body and co-axial to the tube. The endoscope is housed within the tubeand operably attached to the cap. The tool is housed within the tube andconstrained by the cap such that the tool is operably coupled to the movementofthe tube and the tool is operably attached to the tool body whereby movementofthe tool body moves the tool.
