FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely disposable syringes. The disposable syringe comprises a body, a piston, a first insertion, a needle body with a needle and a head, a second insertion surrounding the head and a pre-loaded spring. The body represents a hollow cylinder with the inserted hollow piston closed from an end projecting from the cylinder. The first insertion is provided in the piston from the end arranged in the cylinder. The syringe surrounds the head and makes the needle with the head to be irreversibly inserted in the piston after the use. The syringe body and needle body are detachable. The second insertion comprises a central hollow which accommodates the needle head. The needle head has an extended upper end. The insertion hollow has a rubber seal engaged with the extended upper end before the beginning of the syringe use. The first and second insertions are provided to contact after the beginning of the syringe use so that an internal end of the piston while pressing the insertion makes the rubber seal to extend and impacting the spring to pierce the first insertion by the head, and the needle as one piece is placed inside the piston.
