This invention provides methods and systems for saliva management provided with an oral apparatus. One of the present systems includes an oral interface, a fluid flow-direction regulator and a fluid communication tube. The oral interface is placed inside a user’s oral cavity and the fluid flow-direction regulator is connected between the oral interface and the fluid communication tube. The fluid communication tube is connected to a negative pressure source to constitute a negative pressure path between the oral interface and the negative pressure source. The saliva inside the user’s oral cavity is collected to a liquid collector through the negative pressure path.
