PURPOSE: A fruit peeling apparatus is provided to be operated by a fruit rotating motor, a blade driving motor, and a vacuum pump only as a power source.CONSTITUTION: A fruit rotating unit(100) rotates a hollow rotary shaft(110) with a horizontal driving motor(130) in the state that one side of a fruit(F) is fixed to an adsorption pad(120) attached to a hollow rotary shaft(110) by a negative pressure. The skin of fruit is pared while a blade assembly circles around by a vertical driving motor(210). A fruit receiving portion(300) is interlocked with a peeling part(200). A fruit receiver(310) maintains the retreat state while the skin is pared, and moves forward along a slider(320) after the skin has been pared which makes fruit drop into a basket. A vacuum pump(400) is connected to the fruit rotating unit with a vacuum hose(410) and generates a suction force. A direction switch valve(500) switch the inhalation and exhaust path in order to fix fruit with the suction force during fruit peeling, and separate peeled fruit with an exhaust force after fruit peeling. The adsorption pad is equipped on the exposure edge of the hollow rotary shaft pivotally supported by a bearing(140) in the horizontal state. The other end of the rotary shaft is connected to a vacuum hose(410) with a mechanical seal(150) capable of hermetically sealing the rotating part. The outer part of the rotary shaft is axis-connected to a driven gear(160). The driven gear is connected to a driving gear(132) combined to the shaft of the horizontal driving motor, and a timing belt, and rotates in one direction.
