PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing composite plant fermentation extract is provided to ensure high antioxidation efficiency and to enhance skin absorption and physiological efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing composite plant fermentation extract for cosmetics comprises: a step of putting Bacillus subtilis to a mixture of steamed soybean and tomato powder to prepare a fermentation； and a step of obtaining hot water extract or organic solvent extract from the fermentation. The fermentation further contains fermented ginseng powder.
