The present invention relates to a water-drop solid type cosmetic composition and, more specifically, to an oil cosmetic composition containing an oil part and a water part. The water-drop solid type cosmetic composition comprises a mixed emulsifier whose oil part having a first emulsifier made of dimethicone/PEG-10/15 crosspolymer and a second emulsifier containing one of the selected type of PEG-10 dimethicone, sorbitan sesquioleate, lauryl PEG-9 polydimethyl siloxy ethyl dimethicone and their mixture wax and oil. The water-drop solid type cosmetic composition is smoothly applied on skin and rehydration can be seen with naked eyes as the composition releases moisture as soon as being applied on the skin. Furthermore, a feeling of refreshment is generated and temperament of the composition is maintained even though the temperature is changed or the composition is kept for a long time, thereby providing excellence in stability in terms of preservation and formulation.
