PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a roasted laver with a pattern less in smell compared to roasted laver with a pattern manufactured by a conventional manufacturing method and the roasted laver with a pattern.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a roasted laver with a pattern is a method for manufacturing the roasted laver with the pattern by forming a pattern on laver with irradiating a carbonic acid gas laser beam to dried laver and burning the dried laver with the pattern formed. The roasted laver with the pattern has no detection of one or more of pyridine, methyl pyruvate, acetyl furan, methyl furfural and methyl furan carbonate by a measurement with a gas chromatography mass spectroscope. The roasted laver with the pattern can make a value of furfural detected by a gas chromatography mass spectroscope 1/10 or less of a value of furfural of the conventional roasted laver with the a pattern having the pattern formed by irradiating the carbonic acid gas laser beam to the roasted laver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来製法で製造した模様付き焼き海苔よりもにおいが少ない模様付き焼き海苔の製造方法と模様付き焼き海苔を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の模様付き焼き海苔製造方法は、乾海苔に炭酸ガスレーザビームを照射することによって当該海苔に模様を形成し、当該模様を形成した乾海苔を焼くことによって模様付き焼き海苔を製造する方法である。本発明の模様付き焼き海苔は、ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析装置での測定により、ピリジン、ピルビン酸メチル、アセチルフラン、メチルフルフラール及びフランカルボン酸メチルの一又は二以上が検出されないものである。本発明の模様付き焼き海苔は、ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析装置での測定により検出されるフルフラールの値が、焼き海苔に炭酸ガスレーザビームを照射して模様を形成した従来の模様付き焼き海苔のフルフラールの値の1/10以下のものとすることもできる。【選択図】図1
