PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent unintended leakage of a great amount of air in a degassing prevention valve for an endoscope which is provided for a proximal end or the like of a guide tube that guides insertion of the endoscope to be orally inserted in a patient and prevents the air sent out from the distal end of the endoscope from leaking.
SOLUTION: The degassing prevention valve 1 is provided with a cylindrical body 2, a film-shaped valve main body 3 for closing the cylinder body 2, and a hole part 31 which is provided for the valve main body 3 and freely inserts the endoscope, and prevents the air sent out from the distal end of the endoscope from leaking from the inside of the cylindrical body 2 by having an opening edge of the hole part 31 adhered to an outer peripheral surface of the endoscope inserted in the cylindrical body 2. The valve main body 3 is provided with a cylindrical adhesion part 32 which is extended toward a tip from the opening edge of the hole part 31 and adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the endoscope inserted in the cylindrical body 2.
