The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition in the form of astorage-stable solution for theparenteral administration of ultrashort-effective .beta.-adrenorecep-torantagonists, comprising a) an ultrashort-effective .beta.-adrenoreceptorantagonist and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable saltthereof, b) water, and c) a cyclodextrin and/or a functional cyclodextrinderivative. The composition according to the invention has high stability,even without the presence of additionaladiuvants.
