The present invention provides a safety locking apparatus of a wheelchair for a vehicle, operating an actuator as a fixation bar mounted on a wheelchair or a motor-driven wheelchair approaches so as to allow a locking ring to fixate the wheelchair or the motor-driven wheelchair while being disposed over the fixation bar fixated in the wheelchair or the motor-driven wheelchair, thereby firmly fixating the wheelchair or the motor-driven wheelchair with the locking ring through the fixation bar, thus being used safely while simplifying a structure. More specifically, as the actuator is reciprocally operated in a gravity direction, the locking ring to actually fixate the fixation bar maintains a state locked to the fixation bar with gravity such that a fixation state of the wheelchair or the motor-driven wheelchair is able to be maintained even if the actuator is out of order, thereby being able to prevent an accident. Moreover, since the apparatus comprises a proximity switch to detect approach of the fixation bar, the actuator and the locking bar for an actual locking action, a configuration required to fixate the wheelchair or the motor-driven wheelchair is minimized, thereby it is possible to safely and firmly fixating the wheelchair or the motor-driven wheelchair to be used while being easily manufactured at low cost to be used.본 발명은 휠체어나 전동휠체어에 장착한 고정 바가 근접함에 따라 액추에이터가 동작하여 걸림 고리가 휠체어나 전동휠체어에 고정한 고정 바에 걸쳐지면서 고정할 수 있게 구성하므로, 구조가 간단하면서도 걸림 고리로 고정 바를 통해 휠체어나 전동휠체어를 견고하게 고정하여 안전하게 사용할 수 있게 한다. 특히, 본 발명은 액추에이터가 중력 방향으로 진퇴 작용하게 구성함으로써, 실제 고정 바를 고정하는 걸림 고리가 중력으로 고정 바에 걸린 상태를 유지하게 하여 액추에이터가 고장이 나더라도 휠체어나 전동휠체어의 고정 상태를 그대로 유지할 수 있게 하여 안전사고를 미리 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 고정 바의 근접을 감지하는 근접 스위치, 실제 걸림 작용을 위한 액추에이터와 걸림 고리를 포함하는 구성으로 이루어지므로, 휠체어나 전동휠체어를 고정하는 데 필요한 구성을 최소화하여 쉽고 저렴하게 제작하여 사용할 수 있으면서도 휠체어나 전동휠체어를 안전하고 견고하게 고정하여 사용할 수 있게 한다.
