The present invention relates to a cremation urn produced using pozzolan and producing method thereof and, more specifically, to an eco-friendly cremation urn capable of preventing odor and mold by producing the cremation urn using pozzolan having high antibacterial, antiseptic, and deodorant effects, and to a producing method thereof. According to the present invention, the cremation urn comprises an inner case and an outer case, wherein the inner case is formed by a mixture of pozzolan nano-powder, red clay nano-powder, and charcoal nano-powder, and the formed inner case is heated at 850 to 1000°C. The producing method comprises the steps of: a) mixing 50 to 70 wt% of pozzolan nano-powder, 20 to 30 wt% of red clay nano-powder, and 10 to 20 wt% of charcoal nano-powder b) forming an inner case of a cremation urn using the blended mixture and c) completing the inner case by heating the formed inner case at 850-1000°C for 6 to 10 hours. As a result, optimal levels of antibacterial, antiseptic, and deodorant conditions are achieved, thereby producing an eco-friendly cremation urn which can prevent odor and mold.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 포조란을 이용하여 제조된 유골함 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 항균, 살균, 탈취 등의 효과가 높은 포조란을 이용하여 유골함을 제조함으로써, 냄새가 나지 않고 곰팡이가 발생하지 않는 친환경적인 유골함을 제조하는 포조란을 이용하여 제조된 유골함 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 내함과 외함으로 이루어진 유골함에 있어서, 상기 내함은, 포조란 나노 분말과, 황토 나노 분말과, 숯 나노 분말을 배합하여 내함을 형성하고, 상기 형성된 내함을 850 ∼ 1000℃로 가열하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하며, a) 포조란 나노 분말 50 ∼ 70중량%와, 황토 나노 분말 20 ∼ 30중량% 및 숯 나노 분말 10 ∼ 20중량%를 혼합하여 배합하는 단계와, b) 상기 배합된 혼합물을 이용하여 유골함의 내함을 형성하는 단계와, c) 상기 형성된 내함을 850 ∼ 1000℃로 6 ~ 10시간 가열하여 내함을 완성하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.따라서 본 발명은, 항균, 살균, 탈취 등이 완벽하게 이루어져, 냄새가 나지 않고 곰팡이가 발생하지 않는 친환경적인 유골함을 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
