PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luggage storage device with high operation reliability of authentication.SOLUTION: The luggage storage device includes a finger vein authentication part 4 for imaging the vein at a fingertip supported by a fingertip abutting part 1 and a finger root support part 2 with a vein imaging part 3, a template for authentication photographed in the vein imaging part 3 and registered at the start of use is compared with a finger vein image acquired when withdrawing luggage, and the luggage can be withdrawn when authentication is established.
