PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor capable of improving detection sensitivity, a magnetic sensor device, and a diagnosis device.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a magnetic sensor comprises: a first electrode a second electrode a first magnetic effect element in which an intermediate layer is provided between a first magnetic layer and a second magnetic layer along a first direction and which is provided between the first electrode and the second electrode along a second direction a current applying unit which is connected to the first electrode and the second electrode and can apply AC current and a detecting unit which detects the AC signal output from the first magnetic effect element.
