A mouth cavity cleaning tool having teeth brushing and water-jetting functions is disclosed. The mouth cavity cleaning tool includes a handle main body and a base for coupling with the handle main body. A channel is disposed at the handle main body. A through hole is defined at the front edge of the handle main body and communicates with the channel. The base has brushes intervally disposed and two or more nozzle pipes. After the base is coupled with the handle main body, the nozzle pipes are disposed at the through hole at the front edge. Thus, when cleaning the mouth cavity, brushes can be used to clean the teeth and water can be introduced in the channel so that water is sprayed outwardly with a proper strength after water is squeezed at the nozzle pipes to water-jet the teeth.
