Der Applikator enthält ein elastisches Grundelement (1) und in diesem befestigte Nadeln (2) mit jeweils einer Verdickung (3) an deren einen Enden sowie jeweils einer Spitze (4) an deren anderen Enden, wobei die Nadeln (2) im Grundelement (1) zusammen mit den Verdickungen (3) befestigt sind und die mit Spitzen (4) versehenen Nadelenden hervortreten. Neu im Applikator ist, dass das elastische Grundelement (1) als ein Ganzes in Richtung seiner Dicke aus einer Schicht bzw. aus zwei miteinander zu einem Ganzen verbundenen Schichten ausgeführt ist, und die Nadeln (2) mit ihren mit Verdickungen (3) versehenen Enden in den Körper des Grundelementes (1) eingelassen und in diesem im Verlaufe dessen Ausbildung zu einem ganzen Grundelement festgeklemmt wurden.
